Letter To Our Future Vendors

Get ready for the biggest, baddest rodeo yet! The RAM Stampede - Lambton is returning to the Brigden Fairgrounds on July 12th & 13th, 2025! Formerly known as the Brigden RAM Rodeo, we're thrilled to announce our second year, promising an even bigger and better event.

Prepare for two days packed with electrifying action, featuring top-ranked rodeo competitors and headlining local country musician Scott Manery & The Barnburners. Experience the heart-pounding excitement of bareback and saddle bronc riding, barrel racing, pole bending, and the adrenaline-fueled world of bull riding – the most dangerous sport on the planet!

 

This family-friendly event draws thousands of attendees, offering incredible opportunities for businesses like yours to connect with a large, engaged audience. As a RAM Stampede vendor, you’ll benefit from high foot traffic, advertising opportunities, and so much more!

 

To secure your vendor space and become part of this year’s RAM Stampede, please complete the application available on our website www.theramstampede.ca by May 31, 2025. If you are also interested in sponsorship opportunities, please notify us, and we will send you a Sponsorship Package.

Rules & Regulations 

Product Regulations

 

Applications received that fall into one or more of the following categories may not be considered for a vendor spot:

  • Obscene or offensive products. (as per the discretion of the RAM Stampede Committee)

  • Network marketing and multi-level-marketing recruitment.

  • Products not meeting Canada Consumer and Corporate Affairs regulations or products not C.S.A. approved.

  • Alcohol, cannabis or tobacco products - including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, consumable cannabis, cigars, cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, paraphernalia, Guns, firearms, or knives of any kind

 

 

Requirements/Expectations

 

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, generators and signage

  • Vendors must provide proof of insurance before the day of the event

  • All booths shall be constructed to be professional in appearance, within acceptable safety guidelines.

  • All booths must accommodate customers without blocking the walkways or crowding other vendors.

  • All products should fit proportionately into the area, and tiered merchandise display units or shelving should be used where necessary.

  • Signage shall be professional and indicate the company name, product or service, and pricing.

Vendor Set-Up/Take-Down

Vendors can check in and start taking possession of their booth(s) on Friday, July 11, 2025 anytime between 2:00pm - 8:00pm. Alternatively vendors can also set up Saturday July 12, 2025 between 9:00am & 11:00am. All vendors must be checked in and set up Saturday July 12, 2025 by 11:00am If you are unable to check in before this time, please notify us to arrange an alternative check in time.

 

Booths must not be taken down or removed until 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 13, 2025 Early move-out is not permitted.

 

Vendors must leave their booth free and clear of any and all debris or garbage by 10:00 pm on Sunday, July 13, 2025. Any exhibit or concession not removed by that time will be removed at the vendor’s expense.

Each Vendor Package Includes:

 

x1 - Vendor area for the entire weekend

x2 - Weekend vendor bands (additional bands are available for purchase if required)

x2 - Weekend passes to the Rodeo (Includes FREE dry camping)

x2 - Tickets to dance party

x1 - Listing on our website & social media page, including link to vendor website

How to Apply

 

 

Vendor Applications with full payments are due no later than May 31, 2025. No cheques will be accepted after April 30, 2025. All late payments are subject to a $25.00 late fee. Non-payment of booth rental may result in immediate cancellation of space allocation.

Please note that your application does not guarantee acceptance into the RAM Stampede. It is at the discretion of the RAM Stampede Committee who is accepted, and all applicants will be advised of their status either by a confirmation package or a letter of explanation.
